Boardman Attorney Named a "Leader in the Law" by the Wisconsin Law Journal
Boardman litigation attorney, Cathy Rottier was recently named a "Leader in the Law" by the Wisconsin Law Journal. This program recognizes leading practitioners and judges throughout Wisconsin based on a wide variety of achievement criteria, including outstanding leadership, vision, and legal expertise.
A lunch event honoring these Leaders in the Law will be held February 26, 2010 at the Italian Community Center and the honorees will also be profiled in a special Wisconsin Law Journal magazine to be published on in February.
Cathy practices in Boardman Law Firm's commercial and insurance litigation groups. She represents insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of liability claims. The range of cases includes farm loss claims, auto accident cases, premises liability cases, building construction claims, wrongful death suits, fire losses, and professional malpractice claims. In addition, she represents businesses and individuals involved in contract negotiations and business disputes, including disputes over the enforceability of employee noncompete agreements.
