Patrick clerked for two years at Boardman before joining the team as an associate. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School where he worked closely with area entrepreneurs in the inaugural year of the University's Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Before going to law school Patrick owned a general contracting firm. He works primarily in the banking and business practice groups.

Pats practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, exempt securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Since joining the firm, he has assisted banking organizations with holding-company and subsidiary formations, bank mergers, private placement stock offerings and general regulatory compliance. Pat has worked with a number of banks to receive regulatory approval for mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

• During Patrick's career, he has been a line cook, bartender, waiter, climbing instructor and gym manager, carpenter, general contractor and business owner.
