Wis.) - co-counsel for plantiff in a crashworthiness case that resulted in a favorable liability verdict against Toyota after an 11-day jury trial in which the jury found Toyota negligent in its design and testing of its passenger restraint system (the case settled before the damages phase of the trial)
  • Vehicle IP v. GM Corp., et al. (W.D. Wis.) - local counsel in patent dispute concerning turn-by-turn navigation software that ended in successful summary judgment, which was upheld on appeal
  • Eppendorf v. Bio-Rad (W.D. Wis.) - local counsel in patent dispute concerning thermal gradient heating devices used for DNA applications and PCR analysis that ended in a favorable settlement
